Please read the following information carefully and please draw on the Eco-owl mini case study to answer Tasks 5 &6.
Eco-owl is a UK organisation which funds projects to raise sustainability standards in social housing developments. Eco-owl is planning to send 15 expatriates to Chile and Brazil, in order to set up new local projects.
You have been given some information about the expatriates selected for the project in Chile and Brazil: UK (5 total. 3 males. 2 females); Spain (2 males); China (2 males, 1 female); Malaysia (1 female), USA (2 males), Egypt (2 males).
The project will last for 18 months, and expatriates are expected to travel to their assigned country to begin work on Monday 4th September 2024.
Task 5: Risk – 10%
Drawing on Bader, Schuster and Dickmann (2019), outline the risks for expatriates travelling to Chile and Brazil and make some recommendations for mitigating these (200 words).
