Well, blue is a primary color so you don't really "mix" other colors to get that. I think green would be your best answer, but like I said. Red, yellow, and blue are your primary colors and you cannot get a perfect red/yellow/blue by mixing colors.
Fun fact: orange and blue are complimentary colors.
