The goal setting challenge that Isaac is facing is lack of control. It means that he has trouble of setting his priorities accordingly and is set to have a lot of things going in his mind that he hasn't able to do what he is supposed to do. It could be seen above as Isaac was too busy of being distracted with video games that he does not have the time or priority of having his practice to be set first.
