any form of egging, at a person’s house, window, or even car is still considered a crime, and the person doing the crime would receive criminal charges.
It would be a crime because it is an act of assault. Another reason why it is a crime is because it can be seen as destruction of property and the owner can sue you or you can get fined.
The owner can also file a lawsuit and it can be seen as a disrespectful act.
