Mental health contains emotions, well being and psychological health of a human being. If he or she practice healthy behaviors, it is likely that the mental health will be affected, creating a healthy atmosphere and healthy way of managing things. For example if you practice being social towards other people, it will affect your mental health in terms of emotions in a way of being happy as you are being surrounded by your friends and are able to meet new people. Using healthy behaviors and applying them to your daily life could make a person healthy in terms of their mental health.
