To get the answer you have to you the equation C= (pi symbol)d and you would then replace d(the d is for diameter) and and put in 4.5 or 9/2. Then in a calculator do pi times 4.5 or 9/2 and you will get the answer of 14.13716694115407 and i guess you can simplify it to 14.14.
