perimeter = 2L +2W

L=w+8

perimeter = 2(w+8) +2w

108 =2w +16 +2w

108=4w+16

92=4w

w=92/4 = 23

l=23+8 = 31

23*2 =46, 31*2 = 62, 62 +46 = 108

length = 31 feet

width = 23 feet
