Dissociative identity disorder (DID) (formerly called multiple personality disorder).
One reason for this is because dissociative identity disorder is really hard to spot. When the symptom appears, someone who know the patient may think that the patient is only in a bad mood, while someone that do not know the patient may think that that's the patient's only personality
