For instance, if a bacteria want to enter the body through the mouth, there is an enzyme in the saliva called lyzozyme, this enzyme will attack the bacteria and prevent it form been effective. Lyzozymes are enzymes within the saliva, they fight and destroy microbes in the saliva.
