Human capital is a key feature of employees. It includes all the knowledge, skills, competencies and other attributes that individuals use to produce goods and services.
For example, for a high-school teacher, their human capital may be empathy, the ability to inspire and command a class, and work experience of 4 years teaching to adolescents. For another high-school teacher, their human capital may consist of creativity, good interpersonal skills, innovation, and zero experience teaching adolescents. The human capital varies from person to person and from job position to job position, but in one way or another, they are used to produce some type of goods or services.
