Falling Action is what happens after the main problem of the story has been solved. 

Example: In star wars the climax of the story Luke Skywalker and the rebels are attacking the death star and after some action they death star is destroyed. But the movie does not end there. Afterwards you see Luke and Han receiving medals in a ceremony of sorts. This part is the falling action.
