Jessica should feed her daughter, Cynthia, with more fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables would help the body to become healthy and it will make the immune system stronger blocking the possible viruses and bacteria that causes diseases and illnesses. She should cut her down with eating sweets such as candies, cakes, fizzy drinks and other sweetened products. This would greatly affect her diet that will eventually affect her health. She should reprimand her daughter from eating too much fatty foods since fats can trigger many types of illnesses. She should focus on those starchy foods like grains to give her the full energy she may need in her everyday activities. But the most important is to ensure that her daughter is having a regular balanced meal everyday.
