4. Freshly cooked food, if it is not immediately to be consumed, should have in cool temperature as quickly as possible.

5. If perishable foods have been in the temperature danger zone for two to four hours, it should be consumed immediately. On the other hand, if foods have been in the temperature danger zone for more than four hours, it should be thrown out.
