If Jill is concerned with performing the activities of daily living to the best of her ability, which factor is the most important?

making sure she puts her health first....im not sure, it sounds like a multiple choice

A. muscular endurance

B. muscular strength

C. muscular size

D. number of muscle fibers

Those are the choices to this question but to the best of my knowledge I would only guess that the answer would be A because it's a daily thing but it could also be B because somethings require more strength than endurance to perform.  Most likely the answer is A and that is what I am choosing for my test.
