Well its hard but, in the case of Alvarado vs Yarborough, I would not side with the supreme court as this was a juvenile who didn't realize (as many adults don't) that one should never volunteer information about any case for which they could be even remotely connected to without excellent council. I do think OConner was the closest of the majority to the truth in this ruling. Even though she was for the decision.
