The formula f(x+1)=f(x) means that [tex]a_n_+_1=a_n[/tex]

(remark [tex]f(x)=a_x[/tex])

we need a starting point so say
[tex]a_1=c[/tex] and

[tex]a_n_+_1=a_n[/tex], to complete the recurrence relation.

This definition produces the constant sequence c, c, c, c, c, ....

answer:

[tex](a_n)=c[/tex], where c is a constant
