In thing fall apart, Achebe chooses the type of imagery that is appropriate to PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEVER BEEN EXPOSED TO AN URBAN CULTURE AND THE TIME, PLACE AND PEOPLE HE IS TRYING TO DEPICT.
