Unsaturated fats are typically liquid at room temperature. They differ from saturated fats in that their chemical structure contains one or more double bonds.
It is essential to lower saturated fat causing a high rate of bad cholesterol. Saturated fat causes an elevated blood pressure of LDL-cholesterol, the bad cholesterol. Decrease the consumption of the following foods:

Certain fatty meats (mutton, lamb ...)

Think about choosing unsaturated fats favoring lowering bad cholesterol. Consumption of unsaturated fats allows the lowering of bad cholesterol, LDL and increases good cholesterol, HDL.
