Equalization of political power between the moderate Whigs and radical Democrats. The Radical Whigs were a gathering of British political reporters related with the British Whig group who were at the front line of the Radical development. The radical Whigs belief system "emerged from a progression of political changes in seventeenth-century England: the English Civil War, the prohibition emergency of 1679-81, and the Glorious Revolution of 1688.
