I bought one of your USB Turntables at your online store and it quit working two days after I bought it! What a piece of junk! I tried calling your telephone support line, but they’re a bunch of idiots and couldn’t figure out a way to solve my problem either. I even looked online to try to see if anyone else had encountered this problem and found a solution. Guess what? Many had, but NO ONE FOUND A WAY TO FIX IT! I wish I’d seen these reviews before I wasted my money on your lousy product. I want my money back. Please mail a check to my address above or you’ll be hearing from my lawyer. He should be more polite and sincere to the company and write this letter(which it doesn't seem to be) in a proper way and in right format
