2x+4≤2 => x+2≤1 => x≤-1
2x+4>7 => x+2>3.5 => x>1.5
Since x cannot be ≤ -1 and > 1.5 at the same time there is no solution.

I suggest you double check for typos.  If the inequality signs are reversed, there is solution.
