From my point the main argument of the Declaration of Independence is that the people have thing like a supply of a land have rights and freedoms that should not be declined by state or rulers, and that if the "unalienable rights" are left , the people of the U.S have the right to form a world of his/hers own. In the case of the American communist, so they have decided that they weren't no longer willing to be subjects off of the British king.
