The tree countries are Belarus, Poland, Russia. It comprises of the low fields between the Hercynian Europe toward the south and coastlines of the North Sea and the Baltic Sea toward the North. These two oceans are isolated by the Jutland Peninsula. The North European Plain is associated with East European Plain, together shaping the European Plain.
