It is clear that consumers in the area are able and willing to purchase custom outdoor shoe equipment. Data from surveys and market research demonstrate that the standard of living is high enough for my product. These data also demonstrate that new coffee shops are not in demand in my community. A new coffee shop may be successful, but it would be a bigger risk considering the capital need and the amount of competition already present.
The microeconomic factors mainly focus on the study of the individual or the demand and supply of the market rather than the aggregate or the economy as a whole.
Consumers, staff members, rivals, information providers, stockholders, and distributors are the top microeconomic business factors that affect almost any business.
The briefing of the various factors are:
- Consumers--- They are known as the king of the market and they decide the goods and services that are to be produced in the firm for the fulfillment of the demand.
- Staff members--- They are the people who work directly for the fulfillment of the goods and services. They work in the firms in the production of goods and services and also contribute their efforts to avail the demand of the consumer on time.
- Rivals---- These are termed as the competitors that stand against the companies to compete and service in the market. They help the firms to provide the best services than the other.
- Stockholders ---- They are the people who are provided information by the firm through the financial statements so that they can invest in some part of the firm.
- Distributors----- They are also known as suppliers that work to avail the goods and services to the consumers on time for their demand fulfillment.
