In question 2, the right answer is „it is an effective claim” because it supports what the author first said with examples as an evidence of his statement. Intead, in question 3, the author to support his claim presents an opinion rather than an evidence, so we can conclude this is an ineffective claim and the correct answer is C „it is ineffective support because it presents opinion rather than a fact”.  In question 4, the answer is B „the claim is ineffective because it does not state a clear position”, the statement is vague, it generalizes it is not specific and no provable at all.
