Physical systems can affect human systems in many ways. Climate is one of the many ways. If a human lives in a very cold environment such as Alaska they can become very cold if they do not wear proper clothing and stay warm. The low temperatures can lower the body temperature and eventually can do so so much that the body will start to shut down due to hypothermia. However in contrary a human system can also affect a physical system. For example, if you had that same person in Alaska trying to survive the cold he might cut down a lot of trees for fire wood and to maybe build a shelter. Doing that could cause animals to loose their homes and also it will produce more heat causing the temperatures to potentially rise in Alaska. That is just a few examples of how human systems and physical systems play a role towards each other.
