because the plant cell has a chloroplast and the animal cell dose not.

The animal cell doesn't have chlorophlast, which gives the plant cell the green color. Animal cell doesn't have a cell wall. Most of the animal cells are round. Animal cells do not have plastids. Plant cells do not have lysosomes and cilia, though in rare occasions, there are. Centrioles are in some lower plant cells, and there are in animal cells. Plant cells have a rectangular shape.
