I'm not the Health Genius out here, but I believe it's:

 B. balance your short-term and long-term goals

I say this through the process of elimination (What would make the most sense). Finishing your degree is definitely a primary goal because for most people, or at least a lot of people I know, school comes first, and this interrelates with prioritizing and organizing as well. Focusing only on your long term goals is a joke. If you do that, it will be a billion times harder to achieve it. That's why one of the reasons you accomplish and make short-term goals is so that you can lead up to long-term goals. It's just like saying that it's totally okay and perfectly fine to train for a 5k Marathon in 1 week. Let each week's schedule evolve rather than planning a schedule... This is the stupidest answer of all. As I said, Prioritizing and Organizing while being proactive and doing it before hand is going to make activities in your juggling life a lot easier to juggle. If you were smart, you would Prioritize and Organize before hand. Say if you had an AP Exam coming up, but you forgot to note it down on your calendar or various planning tool. Well, your going through the week and then comes Friday, your AP Exam, and you completely forget to study (I don't know who wouldn't) because you forgot to note it down on your various planning tool. Well, now you will flunk it because you completely forgot. In these situations, there is no going back. However, take these things into consideration and your life just might be a lot easier to juggle with.

Leave a thanks, because you are welcome :)
