3x-5y=-2 ----(1)
4x-7y=-3 -----(2)
(2)- (1) yields,
(4x-7y) -(3x-5y) =-3--2
x-2y=-1-----(3)
multiply equation 3 by 4 yields,
4x-8y=-4 ----(4)
equation (4)-(2) yields,
4x-8y-4x+7y=-1
y=1
from equation (3),
x=1+2y=1+2(1)=3
