The answer should be option 3.
Because it goes stretches 3 (so it multiplies basically) and it goes up 4. Since we are moving x UP 4 spaces up it should be without parentheses. (I graphed it on two different sites to be sure of this part, because the first one gave me the same graph for 1 and 3.....)
