Labor groups do not get any benefit from deregulation and they will have a detriment from it. The detriment to labor groups that came with deregulation is a decline in labor groups' bargaining power. The bargaining power must be related to the erased regulation by government. The principle and basic of labor groups' bargaining power came from the government regulation.
