It would be to add nine to each side of the equation (Option C)

x² - 6x = 15

Now half the coefficient of x then square it and add it to both sides of the equation

x² - 6x + [tex] (\frac{6}{2}) [/tex]² = 15  + [tex] (\frac{6}{2}) [/tex]

x² - 6x + 9 = 24

(x² - 3) ² = 24
