There is an increase of traffic accidents during snow and
foggy conditions because the blowing snow and fog makes the visibility of the
road to drivers hard. Also weather like these can affect the vehicles
performance like its stability. During snow, the control of the driver to the
road is very hard because the road is very slippery especially when driving.
Speed limit should also be a factor because drivers can be at risk if he will
be driving fast on these days.
