If you deposited it into the outside ATM, you will have to wait probably 2 days before the full amount shows up in your account, the outside ATM's are balanced by an outside service, so the work is sent off. The ATM has no way of knowing you actually put cash in there. If you deposited it into an inside ATM it should be balanced by a teller in that branch before 3:00PM the day of the deposit. So you should get credit for the full amount today. You can always contact the specific branch you made the deposit at and ask, but as a rule DO NOT DEPOSIT CASH IN AN ATM. People can be dishonest and take your money and you have no proof. Always take it to a teller! But the ATM should have made the 1st $100 available for you right away. Hope this helps! Good luck!
