Breaking your jobs into task means you can focus on smaller goals each time. This would be easier as each task would be more achievable than doing the jobs all at once.

A job is a large goal that can be broken up into many smaller tasks. The advantage of breaking a job into a task is that each task is something you can physically do, as opposed to the job itself. Breaking a job into tasks gives automatic direction in completing an assignment, and gives more guidelines for the actual necessary steps for completing an assignment.
