Red blood cells is the component that carries oxygen from the heart to all parts of the body.
Red blood cells are a type of blood cell that are produced from the stem cells in the bone marrow, and are found in the blood. Red blood cells contain an important protein known as hemoglobin, which transports oxygen to all parts of the body, and deliver carbon dioxide to the lungs. Hemoglobin gives the blood its characteristic red colour.
