By capitalizing nouns, Emily Dickinson is personifying the nouns and making their actions seem human-like and anthropomorphic.
Emily Dickinson capitalizes most of the nouns in her poem because she wants to draw attention to a specific idea.
Like this, the poem tries to give personification to all nouns, given them human attributes. Writers use personification to understand better the nature and actions in a better way. Because it is easier for us to relate to something that is human, its use cheers us to develop a new perspective.
