PLEASE HELP! if you exert 180 N to lift a 30 kg barrel what is the acceleration of gravity

If you're able to lift a 30 kg object with only 180 N of force and no machine to help you, then the acceleration of gravity can't be more than 6 m/s^2. It could be anything less .
