we need to covert this to vertex form 

h = -16(t^2 - 2.5t) + 11

   = -16 [(t - 1.25)^2 - 1.5625] + 11
  
   = -16(t-1.25)^2 + 25 + 11

= -16(t - 1.25)^2 + 36

The answer is  36 feet
