The folktale about the tortoise and the birds that Ekwefi told to Ezinma can be seen as foreshadowing of Okonkwo’s downfall, in the tale the turtle falls and gets his shell broken because of his greed and selfishness, on the other hand, Okonkwo ends up breaking many rules, including taking part of Ikemefuna murder, due to his pride. The answer is D.
