D is correct but it isn't necessarily the right answer which is confusing, but i'd say D

The answer is B - If Alina’s workout was 80 minutes, and Dane’s workout was 48 minutes, they spent the same amount of time on cardio exercise, because 15% of 80 and 25% of 48 are both 12.
