Frictional unemployment is of relatively little concern for economists and government officials because it is a common trend in society. Frictional unemployment will always be permanent because workers are always in search for the best and most competitive employers that would be of good benefit for their lives.

Explanation:

Frictional unemployment refers to conjunctural unemployment, in which individuals are transferring from one job to another, with momentary mismatches. That is, due to imperfect information it takes some time for workers to find new jobs. Thus, this momentary situation is not a concern for the government or ecnomists, which is concerned with structural unemployment.
