The answer is D. because when reflecting across the y axis, which is the line going up and down, it flips like turning a piece of paper. It becomes the opposite way. Now its facing the same way the little one is. Translating it down (y axis is gonna change) will subtract 10 from all the y axes. Then all the points are dilation by one half which makes it smaller because you cutting everything in one half. So the big shape becomes smaller and it sits directly on top of the little shape.
