Simplify both sides of the equation.

15(62x+7)=38(24x+3)

Simplify:

(15)(62x)+(15)(7)=(38)(24x)+(38)(3)(Distribute)

930x+105=912x+114

Subtract 912x from both sides.

930x+105−912x=912x+114−912x

18x+105=114

Subtract 105 from both sides.

18x+105−105=114−105

18x=9

Divide both sides by 18.

‌18x/18‌=‌9/18

‌
x=‌1/2

‌
