How to change a decimal to a percent:
Let's take 0.25
Move the decimal 2 places to the right of where it is, and put a percentage sign there. 25%
How to change a percent to a decimal:
Instead of putting the percent 2 places to the right, move it 2 places to the left and put a decimal. 25%---> 0.25
I cannot help much with the other 2 besides examples:
3/4 ---> 0.75
0.50---> 1/2
