The standart form for the equation of a circle is:
[tex](x-a)^2+(y-b)=r^2[/tex]
Where [tex](a,b)[/tex] is the center of a circle and r is the radius.
So, in our case:
[tex]a=3, b=5, r^2=25\Rightarrow a=3,b=5,r=5[/tex]
[tex](3,5)[/tex] is the center. And [tex]r=5[/tex] is the radius.
