If a sample of 100 cars has 87 with grey interiors, how many in a second sample of 220 cars should have grey interiors?

Respuesta :

100/87= 220/X
100X= 19,140
Divide by 100
X=191.4
191.4 since 87% of cars are grey so you take 87% of 220 by multiplying 220 by .87 which is 191.4
