You are basically just looking at the statement that the paper is giving you, and first say if you agree with it, and if you do or do not, make a short arguement to get people to understand your viewpoint. So for example. For the first one. "Everything happens for a reason."
Me being me I would say something like "I disagree because I don't think there is a reason why people are starving in Africa."
