it depends on a couple of factors. the first factor is your security if it is good then they cant steal much but if it is bad then they can take alot. the second factor is your bank. if they say tht they will stop it then they dont then you shouldnt be with them and if they do stop the theif/theif's they could give you your money back. hope this helps you at all.
