According to the lesson ‘’ Potential energy (U) is the energy an object has because of its position or conformation’’ and ‘’ kinetic energy (K) is the energy of an object's motion.’’ Through Work(force) potential and kinetic energy convert into one another and back. At the top of the incline, it was gravitational potential energy, when the ball started rolling the potential energy turned into kinetic energy.
